SUBMISSION GUIDELINE

All the papers received will be passed to the program chair who is in charge of the peer review process and will assign at least two suitable technical committee members as reviewers for each paper whose areas of expertise need to match with the topics of the papers. The review comments will be sent back to the program chair who will make decisions about submissions, usually this process will cost about two weeks or longer. The conference secretary then will inform the corresponding authors about the review results. The papers which need revisions will be required to be sent back within stipulated time, usually for one week, and only the revised papers that pass the second review will be accepted. Please look out for the email notifications from the conference secretary.


1. Full Papers(Presentation and Publication)
Accepted and presented papers by ICDPCS 2022 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be archived in the Digital Library, and will be submitted to be reviewed by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science)Compendex, Inspec, Scopus and other databases. 

Submitted research track and application track manuscripts will be at least 6 pages, up to 12 pages(Single column) and REQUIRED to be formatted using the Proceedings template in WORD. The submitted papers can only be in the format of PDF or WORD. At least one author of each accepted paper is required to attend the conference and present the paper. 

Regular Papers: 6-10 pages (Single column), including all figures, tables, and references.

Language: All submitted papers or abstracts should be written in English.


2. Abstract (Presentation Only)
Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference, the presentation will not be published.

The degree to which the paper deals with the above issues is fundamental to a successful review and selection of the paper. The most frequent cause of rejections of submitted papers is a lack of new results. Duplicated submissions to concurrent conferences must be avoided. All submissions will be reviewed by the Program Committee on the basis of technical quality, relevance to scope of the conference, originality, significance, and clarity.
